Returns and exchanges

Thinking of Returning your new purchase? 

We are sorry to hear this but understand that some items may not be the perfect fit or style you had hoped for. 

Please repack the item neatly with the original label attached.

You will find a returns address attached to the rear of your parcel, simply repost the item to our returns address. 

 

Once we get the item, our team will check it for any signs of wear or damage. If there are none, we'll start the exchange or refund process. You have the right to a full refund as long as the item is not damaged and is returned within 14 days.

 

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, simply get in touch via the chat option and we can discuss this with you.
